This project in Saffron Hill, EC1 involved the refurbishment of a basement car park which was converted into a well designed, lower ground, new office space for Iceni Projects.
The property underwent full CAT A & B throughout to meet and achieve BREEAM Excellent standards. The works to the basement of the property at Saffron Hill included new M&E throughout the space. There were also large structural works undertaken, including the demolition of a reinforced concrete car ramp.
Fraser Randall were contracted to project and cost manage the refurbishment as well as act as the Client Representative. During the six month on-site programme, Fraser Randall also managed the landlord liaison, planning consultant liaison and resident communications.
