With the appointment of a new café operator, IWM embarked on a large scale project to simultaneously refurbish their café spaces across the various sites. This included three cafes at IWM Duxford, a café, restaurant, admissions and four corporate spaces at HMS Belfast, and the café at the Cabinet War Rooms.

Fraser Randall provided a close Employer’s Representative role, working with and assisting the IWM internal teams and representing IWM on all aspects of the implementation with the new catering operator.
