‘Gardens by the Bay’ is a 101 hectare site of botanical gardens built on reclaimed land in the Marina South district of Singapore. The gardens consist of two large biome conservatories with interpretation and exhibits.

Fraser Randall were appointed to advise on the cost management of the interpretation and exhibit elements and to structure, drive and monitor the content delivery programme and appointment of a contractor for the works. This role extended to qualification of shortlisted fabricators and the management of basebuild interface with the exhibit features.
