In Autumn 2016, IWMN (in association with Levy Restaurants) commissioned a capital development project to build a new cafe space on the ground floor and transforming the old second floor cafe into a suite of conference, meeting and corporate event spaces. Fraser Randall, as the IWMN Project Manager co-ordinated all build contractor works for the entire project whilst maintaining budgetary control at all stages of the project. Works included demolition of ground floor meeting rooms and reconfiguration of the spaces to accommodate the new cafe, relocation of site services, new lighting schemes, new build of cafe counters, furniture and servery. A complete reconfiguration of the first floor to create 3no flexible meeting / event spaces was also managed by Fraser Randall, including installation of new MEP services, AV and lighting installations and revisions to the kitchen areas to accommodate the new scheme.

These new areas were completed in June 2017.
