Leonardo da Vinci: Experience, Experiment & Design Victoria & Albert Museum

Location: London
Services: Project Management
Value: £750,000
Completion: 2006

‘Leonardo da Vinci: Experience, Experiment & Design’ gave an unrivalled insight into Leonardo da Vinci’s mind and thinking behind some of his most famous creations. The exhibition was object rich and featured original notebooks, sketches and 60 examples of his drawings brought together for the first time. These artefacts were housed in high quality showcases beneath a wall of video images that illuminated his vision.

Leonardo da Vinci’s drawings and thoughts were brought to life by several large scale models and sophisticated animated illustrations which invited the visitor in to take a closer look at the fascinating detail associated with his work.

Fraser Randall worked closely with the designer to ensure the smooth running of the exhibition design, the integration of the animated illustrations and the appropriate implementation of the high quality build works.
