> Projects   > Cost Management

Fraser Randall has undertaken detailed cost management on various projects for both private and public organisations and is well versed in all manners of associated cost reporting and funding drawdown protocols.

Fraser Randall believes that cost control in creatively driven design projects requires a particular method of working, which is sometimes very different from a traditional QS role on a construction project. Through our understanding of the design and implementation processes, we can offer a more hands on position to bring best value to a project.
