Fraser Randall was appointed as the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor by Christie’s auction house, for the £2.7 million refurbishment works at Christies, Ryder Street. The works took place under a very fast track programme, during a ten week shut down period with auctions taking place either side of the start and finish date.

The refurbishment was completed on the 16th September 2011.
