Fraser Randall were later appointed as Project and Construction Managers for the fit out of dedicated bill payment and business centres. Intended to bring a new hight street experience to the bill paying public, the centres were to be rolled out all over the UK, however two were implemented initially until NTL took over the business and reviewed their strategy.
