Tourism Development Investment Company (TDIC)Action Impact, Abu Dhabi Fraser Randall was appointed by Action Impact to work as the Project, Construction & Cost Manager on a turnkey Design & Build fit out project for their Client TDIC. Fraser Randall was responsible for liaising directly with a local basebuilder for necessary interfaces on structure and services, and took ownership of the site later than programmed, but were able to implement an accelerated schedule to finish on the original target date. The exhibition is based within the existing TDIC offices and is used to encourage investment into Abu Dhabi’s Cultural District on Saadyiat Island. It features a 50 seater immersive cinema and an exhibition space including models of Abu Dhabi’s iconic Guggenheim, Louvre, Maritime Museum and Performance Arts Centre.
