River & Rowing Museum @ World Junior Rowing Championships & Olympic Exhibitions

Fraser Randall has been appointed as the Project and Cost Manager for the River & Rowing Museums exhibitions at Eton Dorney Lake during the World Junior Rowing Championships in 2011, and the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games in 2012, when the lake will host both rowing and canoing events.

The exhibitions will enable visitors to explore the history of rowing and canoeing, both nationally and internationally, the significance of the Thames Valley region to rowing and the story of Eton Dorney Lake, itself, in an object and media-rich environment, which will form a focal point at the venue for both events.

FR will manage the development, procurement and delivery of both exhibitons, as well as being responsible for cost management, contractor management and development, and management of the project schedule.
