Waterloo Road3i, London, 2002, £2.5 million Fraser Randall was appointed as Construction and Design Managers for the shell and core works for the venture capital company, 3I’s overflow office linked and adjacent to their main headquarters in central London. The complex design by Architects Urban Salon involved multiple Party Wall Agreements, deep piling, shoring works and intricate services work to link with the existing building.
