Toynbee StudiosArtsadmin, London, 2006, £5 million Fraser Randall was appointed as Project Managers for the refurbishment of the listed Toynbee Studios in East London. Architects Levitt Bernstein Associates produced an exciting scheme to update and future proof the building to ensure the rehearsal spaces and digital arts studios can be used to their full potential for years to come, along with the refurbishment of a 250 seat theatre. As part of the brief, the building is also now fully accessible to users with disabilities. The complexity of the project required it to be programmed in two phases as ArtsAdmin continued their day to day workings. As such, a careful programme of dual procurement, removals, demolitions and services reinstatement was undertaken by the Fraser Randall.
