Waterloo Road3i, London Fraser Randall was appointed as the Construction and Design Manager for the shell and core works for the venture capital company, 3I’s overflow office linked and adjacent to their main headquarters in central London. The complex design involved multiple Party Wall Agreements, deep piling, shoring works and intricate services work to link with the existing building.
