Haunch of VenisonHaunch of Venison, London Fraser Randall was appointed as the Project and Construction Manager, CDMC and Quantity Surveyor by Haunch of Venison, to carry out the fit out works to their galleries and offices at 103 New Bond Street. The works comprised of the installation of new mechanical and electrical systems including IT and Security installation and installation of high specification finishes to the galleries and the fit out of the offices and reception areas together with art storage facilities. The works commenced on site in April 2011 and were completed by the end of July 2011.
