Audley End House
English Heritage
2010, £130k
Fraser Randall worked for English Heritage to project and cost manage the exhibition in the early 17th century stable block, tack house and fire engine room at Audley End House.
These grade 1 listed buildings have been transformed with multi media and graphic displays to provide visitors with an insight into how the workers who lived in the estate in the 1880's would have lived. The exhibition is rich with objects that visitors can interact with including a children's dressing up area and live displays.
The exhibition works followed closely behind the redevelopment basebuild works to the building, which linked closely to the demands of the exhibition design.
