Fraser Randall was appointed
by Transport for London to act as the Exhibition Construction
and Design Manager for the re-fit of London’s Transport
Museum, to take place after a major base build refurbishment
including a services overhaul, building conservation works
and the addition of a brand new gallery at the top of the building.
Fraser Randall’s scope included
in depth management of the design team and their process, procurement
of over fifteen packages, exhibition on-site management, and
the necessary close liaison with the base build contractor
to programme interface issues and the exhibition works to coincide
with a changing base build schedule.
